Momentarily frustrated then actually quite touched to realise I am not eligible to apply for a BBC script assistant job because I am not legally disabled.

ILU auntie beeb and your commitment to making sure people with disabilities can get into this industry.

(though imma sit on your job listings till a script assistant traineeship that I CAN apply for comes up and imma NAIL IT because I’m a genius and you WANT me, trust me, cause if you don’t take me i’m gonna go with an internship at Film4 and then your rivals get the benefit of all my awesome brain juice).

Filed under also - any of my followers have a legal disability and interested in getting into drama production? because there is an AMAZING placement going for a slot in the BBC Wales drama devision ie: the people who develop scripts for Doctor Who Sherlock Being Human Upstairs Downstairs and Merlin like this has got to be somebody's fucking dream job cause it's definitely mine
